CANCELLATION & SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

SUBSCRIPTION

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

PRE‑ORDER TERMS & DISCLAIMER

1. What is a pre‑order?

By placing a pre‑order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock but will be shipped at a later date. Pre‑orders help us reserve your product in advance and ensure you receive it as soon as production is complete.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Each pre‑order product page will display an estimated dispatch window. Please note:

  • These dates are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Production or logistics delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

We will update customers via email if there are any significant changes to the timeline.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre‑order. Your order will be processed and reserved only after successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because preorders are made-to-order or reserved in advance:

  • Pre‑orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Refunds are only issued if the product is discontinued or cannot be fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before confirming.

5. Changes to Pre‑Order Items

We reserve the right to modify product details (such as minor design adjustments, fabric availability, or color variations) if required during production. Any changes will be communicated transparently.

6. Shipping of Pre‑Order Items

If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items:

  • They may be shipped together once all items are available, or

  • You may receive separate shipments depending on availability.

Shipping timelines will be mentioned at checkout.

7. Combining Pre‑Orders with Discounts

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes, offers, or promotions may not apply to pre‑order items.

8. Disclaimer

By placing a pre‑order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may shift.

  • Pre‑order purchases are final and non‑refundable except in special cases.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or fabric dye batches.

  • Production delays, customs issues, or courier delays are not within our control.

Your support helps us produce responsibly and avoid overmanufacturing.
