1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • To request cancellation, please email us at kridhaattire@gmail.com with your order number.

  • If cancellation is requested after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 5% processing fee may be deducted.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Kridha Attire

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Item out of stock

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent transaction

In such cases, customers will be notified and issued a full refund.


2. Returns & Exchanges

As a clothing brand, we accept returns or exchanges only under specific conditions.

2.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at kridhaattire@gmail.com

  • Provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Refund to the original payment method


2.2 Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours

  • We will arrange reverse pickup at our expense

  • A replacement will be sent after inspection


2.3 Size Exchange

  • Exchanges for size issues are allowed within 2 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • Reverse shipping charges may apply

We recommend checking our size chart carefully before ordering.


2.4 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags must be intact

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • No perfume, stains, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Handloom sarees with stitched blouse

  • Customized or altered products

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Verified damaged product

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Order cancelled within the eligible timeframe

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind.


3.2 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original method of payment.


3.3 Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
